During April and May 2010, the control system Tecomat Foxtrot has been implemented into the administrative and logistics center of company Renomix s.r.o. in Zlín. Visualization of controled functions is implemented through SCADA / HMI software Reliance 4.
The whole system consists of two switchboards. The main switchboard is equipped with control module Tecomat CP-1004, peripheral modules on the CIB bus and electricalwiring. The sub switchboard is equipped with an external communication master,peripheral modules on the CIB bus and electrical wiring.
Application software is made in the development software Mosaic in connection with theSCADA / HMI Reliance 4 and it controls and monitors the following technologies:
- Management of interior lighting - dimming and switching through a system wall switches,
- Management of exterior lighting by switching on the basis of a timer program that is user adjustable by visualization,
- Control of shutters including tilting,
- Management of individual hot-water heating in every room, with options for manual settings in the time schedule and setting of timer program in visualization windows,
- Monitor requirements for cooling from air condition units and their visualization,
- Connect the system to an external security system (electrical security alarm) - with central functions
- Electrical energy metering through a pulse meters (main meter, meter of rentals, andmeter of heat pumps) - archiving data to databases,
- Measurement of heat and cold through Senzonic II. meters connected to the controlPLC via M-bus (main and rental space)
- Display of measured temperatures in graphs and store them in a database,
- Remote access and communication with the user through the Internet - Reliance Web Client
- The installation space of classical electrical (switches, sockets, and DATA STA) andsystem drivers - designElegant,
- To control and monitor the control system, SCADA / HMI software Reliance 4 is installedon the touch panel Asus in the director´s office.
