The villa in Abu Dhabi has two floors, each with several rooms. The Tecomat Foxtrot control system offers the possibility of efficient control of the lights, air conditioning and also curtains.
There are several light circuits in each room, which can be easily controlled with the help of a wall switches or using of a tablet, smartphone and computer. In additon to the classic switching on/off the lights, the lighting control system allows the setting of different levels of their brightness.
Another important feature is the convenient control of curtains and air conditioning. There are 18 internal air conditiong units in this villa and the Tecomat Foxtrot system allows comfortable control of each of them.
A very useful feature is the ability to set 4 different scenes in each room and change them according to the current mood or the intensity of outdoor light. Each has different settings of lights, curtains and air conditioning. This function makes everyday life very pleasant for the inhabitants of a smart home.
