New Iec870Lib library for remote communication according to IEC 60870-5-101 and 104

We are expanding the offer of system libraries with Iec870Lib - a tool for implementing remote communication between Tecomat Foxtrot / TC800 control systems and higher-level dispatching control systems via the IEC 60870-5-101 (serial) and IEC 60870-5-104 (via TCP/IP) protocols.The library allows you to use the PLC as a slave station (RTU/slave), which is ideal for use in photovoltaic power plants or in applications for controlling energy consumption and production.
Key features:
- Transmission of status and measured values (including time stamps)
- Spontaneous and cyclic transmission
- Reception and processing of control commands
- Possibility of integration according to the requirements of distribution companies
The library's communication functions were also verified in the test environment of ČEZ Distribuce, including power regulation and status feedback.
