In 2011, our control system Tecomat Foxtrot was implemented in city Mukacevo in Ukraine in apple cider manufacturing plant in line for processing apple waste drying.
In cider making process, a solid part of apples is remaining as a waste. In 2011 there has beed put in operation a line for drying process of this waste. Dry waste is used as feed for cattle.
Control of drying process is connected with holding temperatures at input and output of drying cylinder. As well there is controlled process of fuel supply and quality of air mixture to space of mixture combustion. For the whole system of control and monitoring process, there is implemented warning of critical data from safety sensors in drying line and from the whole building.
Here is used PLC Tecomat Foxtrot CP-1005 and frequency converter LS (RS-485).
Project of drying line has been implemented by company „CP Profikom“ in 2011 by Mr. Ruslan Lotocky and Dmitrij Kravavic.
