Our authorized distributor in Poland, iQ BMS, has built two showroom apartments equipped with the Tecomat Foxtrot control system in the Polish city of Wrzesnia. Control options are presented here in real spaces. At the same time, Foxtrot also manages the utility rooms and warehouses.
Those interested can not only visit the apartments but also rent them and experience smart living for themselves. The cash back is available for those who subsequently order the implementation of the control system.
There are three control units: CP-2000, CP-1001 a CP-1000.

- Sony TV (using Homebridge to Apple HomeKit)

- HIKVISION network cameras (using Homebridge to Apple HomeKit)
Owners of all 45 apartments can enjoy additional benefits of smart living. For example, the doors to the underground garages can be opened by ringing from the authorized numbers or via SMS thanks to GSM gateway with UC-1205 module. The management of phone numbers is enabled via the web interface at any time. The GSM gateway also provides an alarm function and a status detection of selected apartments. Just one GSM gateway is used for all 3 central modules.
Various types of switches controlling lights, blinds, etc. are used in the model apartments: from classic to bus micro-button to luxurious touch controllers of the Touch@Glass series. Furthermore, you can use also iPads with the iFoxtrot application placed in iRoom docking stations built into the wall. iPads can thus be taken out an anywhere with you and then stored again.
