This realization takes place in two floor villa with a large basement and an indoor pool. It also has an outdoor pool and a guest cottage.
Tecomat Foxtrot system controls many technologies in this villa - alarm and camera systems, audio / video, lighting, blinds, curtains, air conditioning and also heating. The owner can also control these technologies with the help of voice through his mobile phone.
The alarm system can be controlled at any time and from anywhere with the help of a mobile phone or tablet. There are three cameras in the villa, thanks to wich the owner can monitor what is happening in his villa anytime and anywhere.
In the villa there are several different lights distributed throughout the villa. The owner can thus easily select the desired level of artificial lighting with the help of the wall switches or with the help of the touch screen of his phone / tablet.
Heating and cooling in the villa is provided from several different sources, which the owner can easily regulate thanks to the Tecomat Foxtrot system and thus enjoy a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere either inside the villa or in the pool.
